Veganism is a way of living which excludes as far as possible and practicable, all forms of animal derived products. More and more people are eating plant-powered foods and in the last century, it is becoming increasingly popular. Nowadays, a very high variety of foods in the so-called vegan kitchen is available. For this purpose, we designed a targeted traineeship, which provide students a detailed knowledge about vegan kitchen and veganism.

- Basic elements of vegan nutrition and preparation of substitutes for animal products
- Vegan milk production
- Vegan cheese production
- Vegan Yogurt Making
- Use of seeds in food
Weekend Cultural Activities
2nd Week:
- Making vegan sauces for breakfast
- Vegan omelet making
- Making vegan salads
- Vegan dumplings made
- Certificate ceremony
The program will take place in Vienna.
